  • Other "Made to-Order" Workshops - Workshops can be designed to fit special requirements and can include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

Guidelines for requesting a presentation or workshop:

  • Priority will be placed on training of student groups and university staff and faculty focused on improving their service to students
  • Priority is given to requests that are placed at least two-three weeks prior to the date of the needed service.
  • All requests, regardless of how far in advance they are submitted, are subject to the availability of UCCS staff.
  • Requests for evening programs, with the exception of crisis/emergency situations involving the University Community Response Team, should start no later than 7:00p.m.

Fees Policy

Day Programs (8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.)

  • Presentations conducted during regular business hours with student groups and staff/faculty units on topics relevant to service provision for students
  • Free of charge

Evening Programs

  • Fees range from $0 to $50.00 per hour of direct service
  • Free for after hours service in the case of an emergency or crisis situation, such as those involving the University Community Response Team
  • If extenuating circumstances exist that may indicate the necessity of fee negotiation, please contact us.
